    We prefer candidates with previous customer service experience, ideally within financial services. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

    You’ll need good verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

    Patience, empathy, and professionalism are essential. You’ll also need a reliable home office setup, including a computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
